Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions. Please check before requesting a return.

Unused and in original condition
Returned within 30 days of delivery
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Free from damage, modifications, or signs of installation
Original packaging not required (but recommended)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for change of mind. Faulty items are still covered.

Custom or special order items
Electrical components that have been installed or tested
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. This covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the item.

No restocking fee for faulty items, wrong items sent, or items not as described.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid by card, the refund will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Exchanges

Need a different item? We recommend returning for a refund and placing a new order. This is faster than waiting for an exchange to be processed.
