Warranty
Our products come with warranties as specified on individual product pages. Many of our premium parts include lifetime warranties on manufacturing defects.
Warranty Requirements
- Claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase
- Product must be installed correctly per instructions
- Photos of the defect may be required
Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, OutbackX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Installation
Professional Installation Recommended
We recommend all parts be installed by a qualified mechanic. OutbackX is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from improper installation.
Always follow manufacturer guidelines and Australian road safety regulations. Some modifications may affect vehicle compliance or insurance coverage.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
